The active ingredients in DRY BAG Dehumidifier Packs absorb and retain moisture, odours and other chemicals in their environment and thus protect your products in the same environment from moisture and related damages (corrosion, mould, deterioration, etc.).

DRY BAG protects the product by providing a dry environment for export packaging and various other packaged products. Dehumidifiers in closed packaging or containers protect all types of products, including semiconductors, electronics, food containers or large machinery. Depending on the amount of desiccant, your products are thus protected during transport against corrosion, mould and odour damage during the journey.

WHY SHOULD IT BE USED?

Container desiccant, silica gel industrial products must be protected from moisture during transport and storage. Rust, mould, fungus formation, label and packaging melting are the main damages caused by dampness that reduce product quality. Rejection and return of the products shipped to the customer for these reasons causes great damages. Dehumidifier packages prevent the formation of these damages by reducing the relative humidity in the environment.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

DRY BAG; The container desiccant is activated after removing the silica gel from the PE bag. After it is placed in the package, when the humidity inside starts to rise, it immediately starts to absorb the moisture in the air coming from the environment. It reduces the temperature inside the packaging and keeps it safe and dry. The products should be placed in the packaged package, not in the container. The amount of use may vary according to the type, dimensions, shipment location and length of time of the packaged product.

The absorption capacity and rate are ideal for many packaging applications.

It has a significant dehumidification capacity even at low relative humidity levels, and its dehumidification capacity increases as the humidity level increases.

DRY BAG offers a moisture absorption capacity of up to 37.5% of its own weight at 25°C and 80% relative humidity. It provides reliable humidity control for a wide range of industrial applications.

DRY BAG products comply with European and US MIL specifications based on the INTERNATIONAL ROHS Directive 2015/863/eu.

1 Unit Dehumidifier Package must be able to adsorb 6 g of water vapour for 24 hours under static conditions at 23 °C Temperature and 40% Relative Humidity. DRY BAG products meet this requirement.
